The tables shown detail in a comprehensive manner the complete process, player by player. You'll notice that the only exclusions within the prices prices quoted are:

Cartridge and Stylus: please allow an extra £50 should this be required. We will advise condition and suitability upon receipt of your player.

New Set of Sputnik Legs and Brackets: please allow £40 for new legs and £15 for new leg brackets (if required). 

Replacement turntable platter mat: If your existing one has perished we
can replace it with an audiophile grade felt alternative or in some case a reproduction rubber mat.  Please allow an extra £25.00 to £35.00 should this be the case.

12 Months Parts and Labour Warranty
A return to Tutti Audio 12 month warranty is included with all Dansette Record player refurbishment plans (radiograms and stereograms carry a 6 month warranty). It covers labour and any new or exchange parts fitted. The only exclusions that apply are faults/damage attributed to misuse, cartridge, styli, valves, pilot bulbs and postage costs to and from Tutti Audio.

All refurbishment plan prices include:

• 12 month warranty (see above as exclusions apply)
• Postage back to customer via Parcel Force tracked 48 hour Express service
• Brand new Box and packaging material

In circumstances where new furniture items are no longer available (lid catches on certain models for example) every effort will be made to clean the originals as best as possible.

I just wanted to confirm safe receipt of the beautiful Dansette. I'm almost overcome with tears how wonderful it is. I can't thank you enough. You've done an amazing job. It was so wonderfully packaged. It has sat beautifully on the teak legs on my oak floor and I'm currently listening to an old folk compilation. Here's to many years of Dansette action!
